Welcome to our team's race blog for the 100 on 100 Heart of Vermont Relay. We started out as a team of St. Lawrence Alumni 30-somethings, but due to injuries, weddings, the Buddah Frisbee tournament and other conflicts we are now 4 SLU Alums plus Becky (big sister of a SLU '02 Alum) and Peter (not a SLU Alum, but a son of St. Lawrence County and ready to help out in a pinch). Our St. Lawrence components are: Sammy, Class of '00; Amy '99; Derek '96; and Dwight '96.

If you are going to 'ding' us for playing ultimate, at least get the league right: BUDA (Boston Ultimate Disc Alliance). Good luck & Go Saints!
BUDA tourney gets put on the schedule the Monday after the previous one ends "364 more days until the next tournament!"
And if you read this in the next 10 minutes (as of 5:20), medicine consists of what? 1 part triplesec, 1 part citron and 2 parts limeade, right? Don't know why I'm not remembering that one...
